I had forgotten to tell some of you that one of my works got selected on a contest.In case I had told you already, you might want to ignore this post 
Doesn’t mean I won the contest (still don’t know the results), but I’m a finalist. I always hoped people would like my submission because I put a LOT of effort on it. Didn’t try to keep my hopes high because–I hate to say this– I’m still qute insecure. Had never participated on a contest and now it seems I’ll be more confident after this 
Feels good to be selected among thousands of submissions from 76 countries (there are 200 finalists or so). Even if I didn’t win, I made it to a good place, my work will be on exhibition and people can buy prints at the Mexican Museum of Design. I won’t see a cent out of it, but it means status.
I’m really happy for two friends of mine and another colleague because they got selected as well. Hope that at least one of us win something else…. and it’d better be me!

Today was my last exam. Seems I did fine.
Couldn’t sleep well because I had lost my lower retainer… yeah I know it sounds lame but I can’t sleep without them and it feels weird to wear only one. Anyway, it was under my bed. Now they feel so tight and I speak a bit funny…Guess I’ll have to wear them full time until the end of the week. It could be worse, I have never mastered the ancient art of speaking English with retainers on.
Thanks to my adventurous retainer, my room is a mess because I looked everywhere. Guess it’s about time to choose the clothes I’m going to need, although it’s still too early to start packing.
On another subject… why does some people get annoyed by everything I do or say, yet keep on talking to me? Seriously…..

Ninteen years ago, I met someone who’s been with me most days of my life.
Sometimes I can’t stand him and wish he’d take the next plane to Norway (one way ticket, please); some others we have been friends and confidents.
We’ve laughed together, cried together, yell at each other, stolen our CD’s…. but hell, I can’t imagine a life without him.

So, I went back on Zorpia.com. That’s a social network where you can discuss almost everything in the forums. Actually, I met my boyfriend there lol.
The problem is, I didn’t remember how many perverts there were… so I made the mistake of posting my picture and there you go… like bees to honey.
